We are pleased to introduce our new First Grade Teacher, Mrs. Piotrowski! Before she landed at CDA she taught kindergarten at Zionsville and Kokomo Schools. Her husband and two kids attend East 91st Street Christian Church.
We caught up with Mrs. Piotrowski in order to help the community learn more about her. We hope you enjoy getting to know her a bit better though her answers.

Yes, Husband (Andrew) 2 kids (Emmie & Henry)

Purdue University
3) What is your favorite snack or treat?
Popcorn and Kit Kats
4) What gets you up in the morning?
Coffee
5) What are your favorite hobbies?
Playing with my Kiddos, Reading, Ceramics, and Painting
6) What is your favorite book and why?
Once Upon A Wardrobe by Patti Challahan Henry. I love a good historical fiction book! I loved this book because it explains how C.S. Lewis may have come up with the book The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. It is a heart warming book and I learned a lot about C.S. Lewis’s life.
7) How long have you lived in Indiana and why do you enjoy living here?
33 years My family lives here. My family is important to me and we enjoy getting together frequently.
8) Describe a meaningful event in your life and God’s role in that event.
The most meaningful event in my life is when I decided to get baptized and follow Jesus. I know that the Lord put so many influential people in my life: my parents, siblings, teachers, youth group leaders, Sunday school teachers who shared their love for Jesus with me. I am very grateful for that.

I have a twin sister!
